Recipe: Baked Camembert (Chorizo and CBD)

Baked Camembert with chorizo
Ingredients:
- 1 Camembert
- A few cubes of chorizo
- 2 small sprigs of thyme
- 12 drops of 15% CBD oil
Preparation steps:
1. Cut the chorizo into small cubes.
2. Remove the Camembert from the cardboard box. Remove the wrapping paper and replace it with baking paper.
3. Score the surface of the Camembert, and insert the two sprigs of thyme and the small cubes of chorizo into the slits.
4. Place the Camembert back in the cardboard box without putting the lid on.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the rind from the top of the Camembert and add the 12 drops of CBD oil.
Important: Only add the CBD oil after cooking and preferably just before serving. If the CBD is heated too intensely or for too long, it may degrade.
Mix before serving.
Serving suggestion:
You can also serve it with garlic bread. To make this, cut your baguette in half, rub a clove of garlic over the inside, and leave it in the oven for 5 minutes.
