Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Green Brothers Czech reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including previous disputes, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only.
Green Brothers Czech cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Delivery is carried out by a professional shipping provider. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. Any defect or delay must be reported within a reasonable period.
CUSTOMS SEIZURE
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws and regulations of their country. If an order is seized, held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities, no refund or replacement is guaranteed.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
In the event of a package reported as lost or stolen during transit, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Please note that this process may take up to 30 business days before a refund or reshipment can be approved.
PACKAGES LEFT AT THE DOOR
If the customer selects a delivery option allowing the package to be left at the door or delivered without signature, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
This right does not apply to products that are:
Opened or unsealed,
Perishable,
Excluded for hygiene or health protection reasons.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to receive return instructions.

Any package returned without prior authorization may be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are processed within 7 to 10 days after the return has been approved.
LIABILITY
Green Brothers Czech cannot be held responsible for improper use of its products.
Products must never be consumed before driving a vehicle or operating machinery.
Purchases are strictly reserved for adults.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, governmental actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, transportation disruptions, or natural disasters.
