PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are not included and will be specified before the final confirmation of the order.

Any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Green Brothers Czech reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, particularly in cases of previous disputes, non-payment, or suspected fraud.
PAYMENT

All transactions are secured by approved payment service providers.
The customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided during the order. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Green Brothers Czech is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or exceptional circumstances (force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
All shipments include a tracking number. Any issues or delays must be reported within a reasonable time.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the receipt of the goods.
This right does not apply to products that:
have been opened or unsealed,
are perishable,
are excluded from return for hygiene or health protection reasons,
were sold on promotion or clearance.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are only possible after prior approval from customer service.

Unannounced returns may be refused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The product must be returned new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 7 to 10 days after approval of the return.
LIABILITY
Green Brothers Czech is not liable for improper use of the products.
The products must not be consumed before driving a vehicle or operating machinery.
Purchase is strictly reserved for adults.
WARRANTY
The products are covered by the statutory warranties for conformity and hidden defects.
A commercial warranty applies only if explicitly stated on the product page.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the website (images, texts, logos, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of Green Brothers Czech s.r.o.
Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Otherwise, the courts at the registered office of Green Brothers Czech shall have jurisdiction.
