CBD, or cannabidiol, is a natural active ingredient extracted from industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa), a cannabis variety legally cultivated in Europe. This molecule is one of many cannabinoids found in the plant, but is characterised by its calming and non-psychotropic effects.

Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the main psychoactive component of recreational cannabis, CBD does not impair perception or mental faculties. It is entirely legal in many countries, provided it complies with the prescribed THC limits.

In France, CBD products are legal provided they are derived from authorised hemp varieties and their THC content is below 0.3% in accordance with current European regulations. Hemp flowers, oils, resins and other derivatives can therefore be freely sold as long as they meet these criteria.

In other European Union countries, legislation may vary slightly from country to country, as some states apply lower THC limits or specific restrictions on certain product forms.

We deliver our products to France, Belgium and most European countries. Orders placed on working days are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In France, parcels are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. For Belgium and other European countries, there may be an additional delay of a few days depending on the postal service and local formalities.

Postage costs are €7.90 in France and Belgium; delivery is free for orders over €49. For other European countries, the costs are automatically recalculated at the time of ordering.

We take particular care with the packaging of each of our products to ensure smooth delivery, from the preparation of your order to its receipt. All our items are carefully packed in discreet packaging, with the contents concealed, to protect your privacy.

The whole package is then dispatched in a sturdy cardboard box, selected for its ability to withstand handling and transport risks.

We prepare and secure every parcel with the utmost care to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. However, despite all precautions, incidents can unfortunately occur during transit.

We therefore recommend that you carefully check the external condition of the parcel upon delivery. If there are visible signs of damage, please report this to the courier immediately.

If you discover any damage when opening the parcel, please take clear photos of the damaged items and send them to us as soon as possible. This will allow us to process your claim promptly and offer you a suitable solution.

To ensure your CBD products are stored correctly, it is important to keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Under these conditions, the quality, freshness and active ingredients of the CBD will be preserved over the long term.

Once the packaging has been opened, make sure to reseal it properly after each use to limit contact with air, moisture and potential external contaminants. Good packaging extends the product’s shelf life and ensures a consistently satisfactory user experience.
