Applying the warming balm is very simple: Take a small amount of balm in your hand and then apply it to the targeted muscle/muscle group. We recommend massaging the area for a few dozen seconds until the balm is well absorbed into the skin over the entire area to be prepared. The best way to do this is to use linear movements in the direction of the muscle fibers. There is no need to press hard to speed up the process; the balm should absorb quickly.
