The CBD balm has a very fast cooling effect, followed by a feeling of muscle relaxation and relief from muscle tension across the entire target area. This balm has a local effect on the massaged area. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the balm to every area you want to soothe. To optimize the effect of this balm, regular use is recommended. So if you are physically active on a regular basis, we recommend daily use of the CBD balm after your workouts, and if you exercise occasionally, we recommend applying it after each session. You will feel an effect on muscle recovery after a few applications.
To apply this balm, place a small amount into your palm and apply it to the muscle in question.
