The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the sale of goods by hhcpoint.de (hereinafter also “hhcpoint.de”, “we” or “seller”) via our online shop at hhcpoint.de (hereinafter also “shop” or “Website”) in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

(1) The presentation of goods on our website merely represents a non-binding invitation to visitors to our shop to make us a purchase offer. Sending the order in the webshop by clicking on the “Buy” button represents a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract on the part of the visitor.

(2) We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“confirmation of receipt ”). This message does not constitute acceptance of the offer to conclude a purchase contract. An effective purchase contract is only concluded upon receipt of another email (“shipping confirmation”) or upon delivery of the ordered goods.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

(1) The prices stated are in euros including VAT plus the stated shipping costs. The prices stated at the time of the order apply.

(2) The buyer (hereinafter also “customer”) has the option of paying for the goods in advance, cash on delivery, credit card, SOFORT bank transfer, Apple Pay and Klarna invoice. If he has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately, i.e. within seven days after conclusion of the contract.

(3) We reserve the right to charge a flat-rate reminder fee of 5.00 euros per reminder if the buyer is in default of payment. The buyer is permitted to prove that damage was significantly less than this flat rate or that no damage occurred at all.

(4) We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. If you pay by invoice and in advance, the transfer will be sent back to the account from which the transfer was made.

(5) In the case of payment with Klarna: The payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Please note the payment information sent by Klarna. You can manage all your purchases via: klarna.com or the Klarna app and even pay with just one click. In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

(5.2) Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments according to the conditions specified in the checkout. The use of the payment methods invoice and installment purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

(1) The buyer expressly agrees that communication between him and Hhcpoint.de takes place electronically, in particular via unencrypted email. The buyer is aware that unencrypted emails offer only limited security and confidentiality.

(2) The buyer must ensure that the email address he provided to process the order is correct so that emails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all emails sent by the seller or by third parties commissioned by the seller to process the order can be delivered.

FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The buyer's general terms and conditions (GTC) do not become part of the contract, even if Hhcpoint.de does not expressly contradict them.

HHC subscriptions

hhcpoint.de also offers some products as a monthly subscription. You can find out which products are included in the product category “HHC subscriptions”

You will receive a reminder email from us 3 days before your subscription expires. We recommend that you mark hhcpoint.de as a "safe sender" so that emails regarding your subscription do not accidentally end up in the spam folder.

How do I start a HHC subscription?

Simply visit the hhcpoint.de website, open the drop-down menu at the top of the page and select the "Subscriptions" option. All products for which a subscription is possible are displayed within this category. Select the product on the page and select the desired HHC concentration, quantity and delivery interval. You will then be redirected to complete your subscription. You will then receive an email confirming your subscription.

How can the subscription be extended?

Your subscription will automatically renew after the selected interval without cancellation. You will receive a reminder email from us prior to renewal with the purchase amount and the date your account will be charged.

Subscription prices are based on current prices, including any additional discounts. You can turn off automatic subscription renewal or cancel your subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” menu in your account on the hhcpoint.de website or by contacting us.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to unsubscribe from our subscription, you can do so at any time on our Hhcpoint.de website. To do this, simply log in to your account and select the “Subscriptions” tab.
